(Note 1) Due to Windows Vista/XP 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than 4 GB.
(Note 2) Due to a chipset limitation, to avoid the system being unable to start or the memory being incor­rectly detected, if only one memory module is to be installed, we suggest that you install it on the DDR3_1 or DDR3_3 socket; to install two memory modules, we suggest that you install them on the DDR3_1 and DDR3_3 sockets. when all four memory slots are populated with DDR3 1066 MHz modules, the memory speed will drop down to 800 MHz. (Go to GIGABYTE’s website for the latest memory support list. )
(Note 3) The DVI-D port does not support D-Sub connection by adapter.
(Note 4) The PCI Express x16 slot share the PCI Express x16 bus with the HDMI and the DVI-D ports. When the PCI Express x16 slot is in use, the HDMI and the DVI-D ports become unavailable.
(Note 5) Whether the CPU/System fan speed control function is supported will depend on the CPU/ System cooler you install.
