With its unique cosmetic design and features, the VPL-PX41 is perfect for showcasing presentations, video and images in medium to large sized meeting rooms and auditoriums as well as environments with high light conditions. And, with Sony's latest technology, such as Dynamic Digital Enhancer and 3D Gamma Correction an optimal picture and video quality is ensured.
 
The VPL-PX41 can be rear screen or ceiling mounted to fill giant screens with SuperBright high contrast images of 3500 ANSI lumens and a contrast ratio of 700:1. It can accept virtually any input - composite and S-video, RGB, computer signals and even DTV signals from 480/60p all the way to 1080/50i.
 
What else can it do? It has many Network capabilities and accepts optional lenses.

The VPL-PX41 projector accepts a wide variety of input signals, including composite video, S video and RGB, as well as computer signals up to UXGA (1600 x 1200 pixels). With its four RGB inputs and one RGB output, the VPL-PX41 can be adopted to virtually any computer and even have multiple connections. And, with pre-sets for 52 different signals, images can instantly be reproduced in the most suitable signal mode.

The VPL-PX41 can be customised to virtually any application environment ranging from long to short distance front and rear projection by changing the standard zoom lens for one of three optional lenses. The free tilt angle combined with the advanced digital keystone correction ensures that detailed and geometrically correct images can be produced. This enables holographic and other screen applications, making the VPL-PX41 the first choice for retail outlets too.

The VPL-PX41 features a wide variety of control functions. The projector can be controlled via the supplied remote commander by infrared or by a cable connected between the projector (S-Control) and the remote. The RS232 Port enables to control and to sense the status of the projector from a control room.
 
ТЗ        Network Capability.
The VPL-PX41 offers following network capabilities:
1.     IP Control: Connect to and control the projector over a LAN using the RJ45 connection.
2.     Web Browser Access: The set-up menu can be changed and maintenance information can be obtained*.
3.     E-mail Report: The projector can send emails to up to four preset email-addresses to inform of any errors and when the lamp or filter needs to be replaced.
4.     SNMP: Simple Network Management Protocol can be used for network management.

The VPL-PX41 can be protected with a password, needed after disconnecting the projector from the AC current. This feature makes the projector unattractive to thieves
