1. By utilizing a heatpipe, the GPU (Graphics Processing Unit, a. k. a. Video Chipset) can be cooled without a fan.
2. The fanless design ensures complete noiselessness and permanent, maintenance-free operation.
3. It can be used on virtually all kinds of video cards, so it can be reused with upgraded video cards. (Note: The video cards without the heatsink mountingholes or with components that interfere with the heatsink cannot accommodate this product. )
4. This product can have a noiseless fan (ZM80C Optional Package 'ZM-OP1'; sold separately) attached to the heatsink without using a bracket.
5. By attaching the noiseless fan (ZM-OP1), the video chipset, as well as the memory chips on both side of the video card gets cooled for a more stable operation of the video card.

Note 2) This product cannot be installed on nVIDIA GeForce 6800 GT and 6800 Ultra because they do not have 3mmheatsink installation holes. Also, this product cannot be installed on nVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT AGP, 6600 AGP, and PCX 5*** series products.
Note 3) If used with ATI Radeon 9800 Pro, using thenoiseless fan (ZM-OP1) is recommended.
Note 4) If the components on the video cardinterfere in any way with the heatsink components, you cannot use this heatsink. In such a case, you should immediately stop installing and return the productfor a refund.
Note 5) Since the heatsink weighs 325g, the videocard equipped with this heatsink should be attached tightly inside the PC casewith a bolt when installing. Also special care should be taken while thecomputer is being moved. Zalman Tech is not responsible for any damage thatoccurs when moving a computer.
Note 6) The video card that has this productinstalled will take up a PCI slot next to the AGP slot. Cautions on Using ZM80C-HP The computer should be placed according to thefollowing diagrams in order for the product to function properly. If it is set up in such a way that the video card's GPU faces upwards, thenthis product cannot be used. Also, if you attempt to adjust the positioning ofthe computer by flipping it in a reverse direction, the product will notfunction properly either, so you should place your computer case in its normalposition. 1) Good (AGP slot is under the CPU)

4) Good (AGP slot is on the right side of the CPU) To Enhance the Performance You can expect a satisfactory cooling performance with ZM80C-HP alone, but thisproduct is also designed to accommodate a noiseless fan (ZM-OP1) on its heatsink.
Therefore, should you want even more stable performance, you can attach thenoiseless fan (ZM-OP1) as needed. When installing a video card that has this product installed into a computersystem, open up the PCI slot cover under the AGP slot to lower the GPU(VPU)temperature by around 4 to 5 degrees Celcius.
