Bio-Cult Migrea is a food supplement with probiotics, magnesium and vitamin B6, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, fighting migraines.

About probiotics*
Recent studies have shown that the intestinal microbial flora is vital for the brain-gut axis. By extension, disturbances in the intestinal flora may be associated with neurological disorders, including migraine.

Patients with headaches or migraines more often suffer from gastrointestinal diseases and symptoms, and vice versa.

Data from clinical studies in patients with headaches and migraines with accompanying irritable bowel syndrome show that balancing the intestinal flora also contributes to alleviating the intensity of symptoms.

Warnings
Milk and soy are used in the fermentation process. The milk content is such that it does not affect patients with lactose intolerance.

Along with Bio-Kult Migréa, the following dietary and lifestyle changes are also recommended:

Keep a food diary, recording the foods you eat to see if you can identify any recurring symptoms after eating a particular food.
Avoid processed foods, sugary foods, and refined carbohydrates, as they tend to contain additives and spike blood sugar, which can trigger seizures. Instead, increase your intake of fruits and vegetables. Aim to eat 2 fruits and at least 5 vegetables a day.
Reduce your alcohol intake and limit caffeine. Teas made from traditional Greek herbs (e. g. chamomile, sage) and mountain tea, coffee substitutes made from fruits and beans are some good caffeine-free alternatives.
Light to moderate exercise seems to reduce headache discomfort, while vigorous exercise can trigger it. For this reason, opt for yoga, Pilates, swimming, gentle running, or walking.
Adopt a specific routine to ensure a smooth sleep. Go to bed at the same time every night and avoid using screens for at least an hour before bed to help naturally normalize melatonin (the sleep hormone) levels.
Storage
Store the product in a cool, dry place below 25°C (77°F) and protect from light. Improper storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity and freezing conditions, may cause changes in the product.
