The ES-5800G easy plug and play installation comes with auto-MDI/MDI-X support. Use either a straight-through or cross-over Ethernet cable and connect 10, 100 and 1000 Mbps devices into ES-5800G, and the switch will automatically detect suitable cable and device speeds for peak performance.
