CHELATED MAGNESIUM

Dietary supplement. Packaging: 100 tablets.

Purpose: Magnesium is involved in muscle contractions and nerve function. At least half of the magnesium in the human body is bound to calcium and phosphorus and is found in the bones, the rest is in red blood cells, muscles and other soft tissues. Magnesium contributes to reducing the feeling of fatigue and tiredness, to improving electrolyte balance, metabolism and energy production, to improving the functioning of the nervous system and muscles, to normal protein synthesis, to maintaining normal mental function and the condition of bones and teeth, and is involved in the process of cell division.

Ingredients: 2 tablets contain: Magnesium (chelated* - bound to an amino acid that transports it to cells and delivers it to them for maximum absorption) - 200 mg. Excipients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gum, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable glycerin and hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.

Directions for use: Take 1 tablet daily, preferably during meals.

The product is also suitable for vegetarians. It does not contain sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, soy, gluten, dairy products, preservatives, artificial flavors and colors. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose! Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet!
