Its bevelled profile and two available finishes - White High Gloss and Black Satin - lend a unique design to your living space.   Flax membrane Sound purity and precision The centerpiece of a loudspeaker, the cone is at the heart of our acoustic engineers' research. After more than five years of research and development, Focal unveiled an exclusive cone made of flax in 2013. This patented Flax cone is a sandwich made of very high-quality French flax fiber placed between two thin sheets of fiberglass. It meets all the criteria of a high-fidelity cone: lightness to offer good dynamics, rigidity to hold the bass, and damping to deliver a neutral, natural sound, without coloration. It is an iconic Focal innovation in many hi-fi products. TNF Tweeter High-fine sse treble Made in France in our workshops, the TNF Aluminum/Magnesium inverted dome tweeter delivers smooth, clear highs. The suspension that connects the dome to its support uses a shape memory material, Poron. This suspension is directly derived from Focal's famous Beryllium tweeter and reduces distortion by three between 2000 Hz and 3000 Hz, the area of ​​​​very high sensitivity for the ear. In addition, to perfect the spatialization and further improve the very low directivity of the inverted dome, a waveguide was developed.
