BioKult Candea is a dietary supplement in capsule form that contributes to the care of women's health. BioKult Candea is a unique and specially created probiotic product to help the body with fungal infections. A modern multi-strain probiotic product with 7 strains of live bacteria, garlic extract and grapefruit seed extract.

Probiotic microorganisms, in particular Lactobacilli, inhibit the transformation of Candida albicans into a filamentous form, as well as the formation of biofilm; balance the intestinal microflora and support the body's immune forces.

The active ingredient in garlic extract (allicin) has

scientifically proven antibacterial activity against Proteus spp. , Salmonella spp. , Bacillus spp. , Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli;
antifungal activity, in particular against C. albicans;
anti-parasitic activity, incl. against some major human intestinal parasites such as Entamoeba histolytica and Giardia lamblia;
antiviral activity.
Garlic prevents the transformation of Candida albicans into an invasive form by a mechanism similar to antifungal drugs; significantly reduces the growth of the biofilm formed by C. albicans; destroys its cell membrane and inhibits its development.

Grapefruit seed extract disrupts the integrity of the bacterial membrane and prevents the attachment of pathogenic microorganisms to the mucous membranes. It also breaks the vicious cycle caused by C. albicans colonization - it leads to mild inflammation, which stimulates colonization itself.
