Lightweight and comfortable climbing harness The Jayne IV climbing harness from Edelrid is a real all-rounder. It’s suitable for rock climbing, indoor climbing, mountaineering or via ferrata, and is designed to give you comfort and safety in all situations. The centre-fit construction allows the hip pad to move for optimal fit and positioning. The two parallel tie-in points are very soft and supple, which, together with the enlarged top tie-in point, makes tying easier. In addition, the enlarged centre ring also provides more comfort when standing and belaying. Perfect fit As the hip belt, the Jayne IV climbing harness has larger leg loops for an optimum fit for climbers with a narrow waist. The fully opening, self-locking Slide Block buckles in the waistbelt and leg loops make it easy to put on and take off the harness when wearing skis or crampons. A red wear indicator is built into the load bearing straps on the waist belt and leg loops. It signals when the belt needs to be replaced.
