Exclusive Focal innovations, the TNF tweeter and Slatefiber diaphragm loudspeakers deliver precise, silky highs and a dynamic, well-balanced midrange/bass sound. In addition to the optional 45cm stand, a small tilt base (included in the product) enables Theva Center to adapt to the listener by raising the soundstage.

TNF Tweeter

High-fine sse treble

Made in France in our workshops, the TNF Aluminum/Magnesium inverted dome tweeter delivers smooth, clear highs. The suspension that connects the dome to its support uses a shape memory material, Poron. This suspension is directly derived from Focal's famous Beryllium tweeter and reduces distortion by three between 2000 Hz and 3000 Hz, the area of ​​​​very high sensitivity for the ear. In addition, to perfect the spatialization and further improve the very low directivity of the inverted dome, a waveguide was developed. In the horizontal plane, the frequency response is within a deviation of +/- 0.5 dB. This performance guarantees an incredibly stable soundstage.

Slatefiber membrane

Dynamic and balanced sound

Exclusive to Focal, made in France, the Slatefiber cone is made of recycled carbon fibers and thermoplastic polymer. In pursuit of perfection and specialists in speaker cones, our engineers have chosen to use non-woven carbon fibers oriented in the same direction to achieve even greater rigidity, damping, and lightness, the "essentials" of a good speaker. Recognized for its reproduction of dynamic, rich, and balanced sound, this cone has proven itself on numerous products for the home, for professionals in recording studios, and also for listening in cars.
