Dosage

Recommended dosage:

Adults and children over 11 years of age: 1 capsule daily.

Instructions for use

Take with a glass of water, preferably after a meal.

Contraindications

Do not take if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.

Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding without medical consent.

Side effects

Taking more than 4,000 IU of vitamin D supplements is recommended to be accompanied by monitoring of blood calcium levels, as there is a risk of causing hypercalcemia.

At doses greater than 10,000 IU per day, diarrhea or constipation, decreased appetite, dry mouth, and a metallic taste may occur.
